We presently ship three times a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday or Saturday. Orders are processed in the morning before 10:00 A.M., with orders received after 10:00 A.M. processed and shipped on the next scheduled shipping day. The shipping method you choose will not include the days prior to processing. Shipping timeframes will be from processing to receipt by the Post Office. All merchandise will be shipped via USPS. Shipping is available within the US, Internationally and to APO’s.
We currently utilize the US Postal Service (USPS) for international shipping. Please be aware that depending on the destination USPS may take 2-3 weeks for the (UK and Canada), and 4-5 weeks for (South Africa, Australia and New Zealand). Some shipping may take longer due to inconsistent tracking as USPS hands off packages to the destination country’s postal service. If your package indicates delivered, please check with your local post office. If prior customs fees billed by your local Post Office, they may retain the package and not contact you. If any package is returned due to outstanding customs fees you will need to take care of those fees before your package can be sent again. Additional Customs Fees & Taxes: Please make sure to check with your country to check and see if you will be charged additional customs fees when the package arrives. The buyer is responsible for these fees.
